Guest Registration
All guests must register in person by completing the registration form upon check-in.
Length of Stay
Guests must specify the number of nights they will stay when registering.
One night is equivalent to a 24-hour period.
If no duration is specified, it will be understood as a one-night contract, automatically extended daily.
Payment of Stay
Guests must pay for their stay within the deadlines set by the hotel.
Applicable rates are those authorized by the Ministry of Tourism.
The hotel may request payment in advance.
Schedules
- Check-In: from 2:00 PM onwards.
- Check-Out: by 12:00 PM.
Early Check-In
Early check-in before 2:00 PM is subject to availability and will incur an additional charge.
Late Check-Out
Late check-out after 12:00 PM will incur an additional charge.
If the room is not vacated by 5:00 PM, a full night will be charged.
Room Cleaning
To request cleaning, the guest may:
- Leave the key at the front desk and inform staff that cleaning is needed.
- Place the "Cleaning" sign on the door handle.
- Request cleaning directly from housekeeping staff or at the front desk.
Lost Keys
If keys are lost, an additional charge will apply.
Security and Return of Items
Guests must:
- Close doors and windows, and turn off lights, air conditioning, and TV when leaving.
- Return keys, remotes, and towels to the front desk upon check-out.
Items not returned will be charged to the guest.
10. No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and common areas, in accordance with Article 28 of the General Law for Tobacco Control. Non-compliance will be penalized with a fine.
11. Room Damage
Any damage or deterioration to bedding, towels, furniture, or facilities will be charged to the guest.
12. Visitors in Rooms
Only persons registered at check-in may stay in the rooms.
Visitors must be authorized by management. The hotel reserves the right to remove unauthorized persons.
13. Guest Conduct
The following are prohibited:
- Making noise or causing disturbances that affect other guests.
- Excessive alcohol consumption, bringing in musicians, or hosting parties.
- Engaging in illegal acts or activities against public order.
- Using the facilities for purposes other than those permitted.
- Damaging furniture or facilities.
14. Prohibited Substances
The manufacture, use, or sale of drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be handed over to the relevant authorities.
15. Prohibited Items
Firearms, explosives, flammable substances, or narcotics are not allowed on the premises.
16. Authorities
The hotel will allow competent authorities to access rooms when required.
17. Privacy
No one other than the guest may enter the room without the guest’s express authorization.
18. Responsibility for Valuables
The hotel is not responsible for money, jewelry, or valuables left in the rooms.
19. Lost and Found
Forgotten items will be kept for 30 days. After this period, they will be handed over to the appropriate authority.
20. Staff Access
Authorized hotel staff may enter rooms to ensure compliance with these policies.
21. Termination of Lodging Contract
The lodging contract may be terminated when:
- The agreed period ends.
- The guest violates these policies.
- The guest engages in immoral behavior or causes disturbances.
- The guest is absent for more than 24 hours without notice.
- Payment is not made as required.
Note: Any damage caused to hotel property must be fully covered by the guest.
